A future with Hope … In 2011 Toronto’s Hope United Church is in the midst of renewal and transformation as a congregation and community at the bustling corner of Danforth Avenue and Main Street in Canada’s largest city.

This year we are privileged to welcome a dear friend and historic neighbour in this renewal: Dentonia Park United Church is in the process of selling their building on Dawes Road and re-locating to Hope, but continuing as a distinct congregation, sharing space at Hope, and exploring new directions in mission.

Watch for information on upcoming services, guest preachers, and other gatherings as we look with anticipation toward the future!

We are fully accessible – if you need assistance, just ask and the elevator will be made available through the Danforth Avenue entrance (2550 Danforth Ave., Toronto, Ontario, Canada M4C 1L2). Main and Danforth is the context that defines us. We are committed to the people of this community, and have been since 1884.

That is reflected both in caring for long-term members, and caring for new people who are a part of transforming our ministry to a changed and changing city.
